Meet louise
Louise thomas-minns
Meet our founder
Louise’s career has spanned some 27 years and has been built from her passion for skin health. Since the age of 15 Louise has had an interest in Beauty and wellness starting her work life as a Saturday girl at a local beauty salon. She is well respected in the industry today and acts as an advisor to brands as well as sitting on boards as CEO and director.
THE Skin therapist
After working as a Saturday girl at a local beauty salon, Louise trained in a vocational qualification as well as the internationally recognised diploma CIDESCO. She went on to focus on the subject of skin therapy after having her knowledge of advanced skin health propelled to a higher level when working for international skin care brands as a business development manager and trainer for over 6 years. She developed her own signature approach to nurturing the skin back to health. She still works with clients in her own clinic and trains other therapists that she employs in her 3D approach.
The educator
Whilst starting her skin therapy business back in 2007, Louise was teaching beauty therapy part time at the college she trained at and gaining her Cert Ed training diploma and NVQ assessors award. Education and a passion for teaching and guiding others has always been at the heart of her career.
The acne sufferer
Ironically day one of starting her beauty therapy course was the time that Louise started to suffer with chronic Acne. She equates the following 15 years of having the skin condition, to helping her become the empathetic expert she is today. Without Acne Louise wouldn’t have been able to develop her signature facial technique or this skin care range.
The mother
In 2007 Louise launched her first baby, her skin therapy business building her client base from zero and taking it from mobile to premises in the space of just 24 months. In 2015 Louise was very blessed to become a Mum to her daughter Maggie. Understanding only too well the juggle of motherhood with being an entrepreneur she thrives on having diversity in her working life even if it’s sometimes a challenge.
