This 90 minute facial is the original treatment which has been developed and refined by Celebrity Skin Health Therapist Louise Thomas-Minns over the last decade. This is where we recommend you start your journey with us. Working on and incorporating our ‘3D’ skin health assessment, this follows our bespoke philosophy of partnering you to skin health and incorporates deep cleansing methods, mask therapy, together with 1 of 3 specialised technologies depending on your individual requirment that include Dermalux® LED Phototherapy, Radio-Frequency to tighten, or Microcurrent, and up to 3 types of massage therapy, including our unique ‘wake up’ massage. A complimentary brow tidy is also included. The result? Clearer, brighter, firmer skin.

A peel is a professional treatment that can lead to visibly improved skin appearance.

We select the appropriate peel system according to your skin concerns and your lifestyle! These peel systems can target: Dull complexion, Uneven skin tone, Skin ageing, Pigmentation marks and Blemishes.

To conduct our micro-needling treatment, we use the Raffine Pen. This is a medical grade skincare device that stimulates the body’s innate ability to produce new collagen for the formation of healthier, more youthful skin. It can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, and more. Raffine Pen works by speeding up the rate at which skin repairs itself by opening microscopic channels that allow cosmetic products to penetrate deeper into the skin. We utilise sterile serums to provide meso-therapy which is where these active ingredients are driven into the skin as a result if those channels being created. Finishing with a sterile sheet mask & some Dermalux light therapy, this treatment takes up to 75 minutes to complete.

Dermalux® LED Phototherapy is a multi-award winning treatment that harnesses the power of pure light to naturally stimulate skin rejuvenation and resolve problem skin conditions. Utilising the latest generation Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology, Dermalux® is clinically proven and effective for a wide range of skin concerns; to reduce the visible signs of ageing, pigmentation and environmental damage and resolve inflammatory skin conditions such as Acne, Rosacea, Psoriasis and Eczema. Harnessing the clinically proven results of Red, Blue and near infrared light these treatments can be taken as a course 2-3 times per week or added to our facials as a supplement.

Our policies

CONSULTATION – We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Towards that end, we always offers a complimentary 15 minute consultation at our skin bar to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, both the client and ourselves will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client.

CANCELLATIONS – Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of treatment scheduled. All services re-scheduled or cancelled on same day of appointment or missed without notice will be charged at 100% of treatment price.

It is our policy to take a 50% booking fee at the time of taking your booking. This will be deducted from your treatment. We thank you for your support in this.

GIFT CARDS – Gift cards are valid for a 6 month period only. They are for use on treatments only and are non transferrable

We collect information in a few different

2. We also get technical information when you visit our website

3. When you apply to work for us

We may ask for personal data and sensitive personal data from you to assess your suitability for our jobs. This data will include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, work and education history. We will collect sensitive personal data such as your ethnic origin only for the purposes required by law.

What we do with the info we collect:

We use this data to make decisions to improve our products and services and send you promotional offers based on what we think you will like or have bought. We a have a legitimate interest to maintain our relationship with you, and protect your data.

How we store your information:

We take the security of your personal information seriously. When you submit your credit card details to us, we use Stripe and Paypal encryption technology to guard your information. In addition, we have security procedures in place to protect our paper based systems and computerised databases from loss and misuse. Where a password is required to access certain areas of our digital platforms, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.

How long we keep your information:

We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide a valuable service to you. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can’t identify you.

Your rights

You have certain rights in relation to the information that we have about you described below.

o You can request to access the information we hold about you. We’ll usually share this with you within 30 days of you asking us for it.

o You can ask us to correct your information or delete it, if you are unable to do it yourself.

o You can ask us to stop using your information, and opt out of receiving our newsletters or marketing messages and object to us having the information you provided to us sent to another organisation, where we hold this information with your consent or for the performance of a contract with you, where it’s technically feasible.

Making a complaint
