Authenticity is at the heart of what we do here at Louise Thomas Skin Care. So we thought it only right to share our own skin stories with you ahead of asking you to share yours!

As a tween/early teen Louise didn’t suffer with any skin issues. It was at the age of 17 whilst studying for her early beauty and skin qualifications she was hit with Acne.

“I remember thinking this is the worst thing that could be happening to me at this time. I’m about to enter into an industry where how you look is so important and I am meant to be helping others with their skin and I have a face full of Acne!

My cheeks were the worst. They just never healed I hid behind makeup and felt embarrassed when I was giving clients advice on their skin health when I was suffering so much with mine but it was actually the best thing as it’s made me the expert I am today and led me down this path to being a skin care formulator too.”

Louise went on to work for an international medical grade skin care company as a business development manager and trainer for other therapists and those in the medical profession.

“The whole time throughout my early career into my 30s the acne stayed with me. I had rude remarks from other professionals and peers over the years but it just made me more determined and empathetic for those who had any skin issue they were battling. It led me to develop my signature facial some 18 years ago as I was seeing success in treating my own skin and opening the skin therapy business and now the range!”

Here’s where you come in. This month we launch our campaign #myskinstory and would love you to share a paragraph about your skin and your journey using Louise Thomas Skin Care.

All you have to do is take a selfie of yourself with your LTSC product/s and write a few words about your skin story:

• Sign up to our newsletter so we can contact you with your discount.
• Make sure to leave your post visible until the 29th February 2024.
• We will then share a discount code with you and enter you into a prize draw to win a ‘skin health assessment’ with Louise or Mary.
